About This Role
- Manage designated technology application portfolio including configuration, maintenance, monitoring, reengineering, enhancements, and upgrades depending on level.
- Provide analysis, architectural design, and leadership on projects ranging from small to large complexity based on experience level.
- Participate in 24x7 On Call rotation for break/fix ticket resolution and act as liaison between technical and business departments ensuring requirements are met.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent experience and training.
- Work Experience Required: Level I - Up to 3 years full-stack development with C#/ASP.NET and SQL Server; Level II - Minimum 3 to 7 years full-stack development with C#/ASP.NET and SQL Server.
- Knowledge or experience with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, with Level II requiring proven SDLC application and leadership in medium to large software implementations.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken), multitask, and maintain confidentiality; participation in 24x7 On Call rotation is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full-stack development primarily with C#/ASP.NET and SQL Server in application management or development roles.
- Capable of taking independent judgment and leadership on medium to large projects, including guiding peers and managing designated application portfolios.
- Familiarity or experience with laboratory systems (LIMS, Specimen Management, Instrument Interfaces), HL7 standards, and software life cycle processes preferred but not mandatory.
