About This Role
- Manage designated technology application portfolios, including configuration, maintenance, monitoring, reengineering, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Provide analysis, architectural design, and leadership on small to large complexity projects within the software development life cycle methodology.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for break/fix ticket resolution and serve as liaison between technical and business teams to meet requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- For Level I: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent experience; up to 3 years full-stack development experience with C#/ASP.NET and SQL Server.
- For Level II: 3 to 7 years full-stack development experience with C#/ASP.NET and SQL Server, with proven leadership on medium to large software projects.
- Experience required in managing and administering software applications, understanding of System Development Lifecycle Methodologies for Level II.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and maintain confidentiality.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack developer with strong skills in C#/ASP.NET and SQL Server capable of working independently on complex projects.
- Comfortable managing application portfolios and providing architectural leadership within defined IT processes and SDLC.
- Familiar with laboratory or healthcare IT systems (LIMS, Specimen Management, HL7) is a plus for competitive edge but not mandatory.
