About This Role
- Lead design and architecture of resilient, scalable systems ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and efficient resource use.
- Drive implementation of automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
- Lead incident management including post-incident analysis, capacity planning, and collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance and secure infrastructure.
Minimum Requirements
- Advanced hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related roles focusing on highly available and scalable systems.
- Advanced proficiency with Linux/Unix systems, networking, system administration, programming languages (Python, Go, Java, or Ruby), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experienced with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD), and performance monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related field; certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional or Certified Kubernetes Administrator preferred.

- Proven leadership experience mentoring juniors and driving strategic initiatives in complex, hybrid-cloud, and containerized environments.
- Comfortable working in agile/DevOps environments with a focus on continuous improvement and adoption of best practices for system reliability and scalability.
