About This Role
- Build and maintain next-generation cloud-native, distributed, high-availability, low-latency ecommerce systems using Java/J2EE, Spring frameworks, React.js, and microservices.
- Lead design and development of n-tier applications including RESTful services, NoSQL and RDBMS databases, manage multiple environments and release processes, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship to junior engineers, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and work in an agile environment with fast turnaround cycles.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in full stack development with Java/J2EE and React.js.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Framework (including Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Reactive Spring, Spring Data JPA), RESTful APIs, and web technologies like HTML5, Angular, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience with RDBMS (Azure SQL preferred), NoSQL databases (Cassandra a plus), Kafka messaging, unit testing (JUnit 5), and continuous integration environments.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or related field OR 5 years of relevant experience as a minimum education/experience qualification.

- Experienced in leading medium to large projects with capabilities to perform high-level design and discovery phases.
- Strong technical background in reactive Java, full stack web development, microservices, and cloud technologies (GCP, Azure, Splunk preferred).
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, agile, semi-structured environments with dynamic requirements, delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.
