About This Role
- Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities, ensuring alignment with overall architecture and integration with business functions.
- Resolve complex problems and define system enhancements to support new products and process improvements.
- Coach and advise mid-level developers and analysts, oversee work allocation, and enforce coding, testing, and implementation standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-12 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience mandatory; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject Matter Expert in at least one Applications Development area required.
