About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs aligned with business needs.
- Manage full software development lifecycle including feasibility studies, design, testing, and deployment, ensuring operational support and compliance.
- Act as subject matter expert and advisor on application development, provide coaching to junior analysts, and manage risks related to business decisions and system security.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in systems analysis, programming, and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Technical skills: Data Warehouse/ETL design and development, MS SQL database expertise, Unix shell scripting, Python, PySpark.
- Experience in Investment Banking products domain, Dealogic Data, and managing application development projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in consulting/project management with ability to manage deadlines and adjust priorities under pressure.
- Demonstrates leadership with SME expertise in at least one area of application development and strong communication skills.
- Domain expertise in IB Products and Dealogic Data environments, capable of operating with autonomy and providing strategic input to senior stakeholders.
