About This Role
- Oversee governance and operational management of a multi-million-dollar program portfolio via Project Tracking Systems (PTS) including project charters, milestones, deliverables, financials, and resource allocation.
- Lead complex data analytics initiatives including requirement authoring, data lineage mapping, reconciliation framework design, and exception management across 200+ applications.
- Manage and develop a team of 6–10 Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Data Analysts while serving as a strategic communication partner to senior stakeholders across multiple business units.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience using tools for large data set analysis.
- Bachelor's or University degree required; Master's degree considered an advantage.
- Experience in senior program management, data analytics, and business analysis within large financial services or technology environments.
- Work Experience Required: 6-10 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing cross-functional teams and complex program portfolios in data analytics and project management.
- Strong technical acumen in data science processes including multi-way matching engines and automated break classification.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and influence multiple stakeholders across business, risk, audit, and technology functions.
