About This Role
- Develop, maintain, and analyze project and study forecasts to support operational and financial decision-making.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Finance, Project Management, and cross-functional teams to ensure forecast accuracy and identify risks.
- Create reports, dashboards, and executive summaries; drive process improvements and forecasting automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in forecasting, business analytics, resource planning, clinical operations, project management, or related areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP; experience with forecasting models and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Work Experience Required: 3 to 5 years relevant experience explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in clinical research, CRO, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries with knowledge of enrollment forecasting and project financial management.
- Skilled in stakeholder collaboration and managing forecast inputs across multiple functions.
- Proficient in using CTMS, EDC, Oracle, Power BI, or similar forecasting platforms for data analysis and reporting.
