About This Role
- Provide day-to-day functional and application support for Northern Trust’s Coupa Spend Management platform focusing on Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with business, technology, and vendor teams.
- Configure Coupa functionalities, support system enhancements, conduct functional and user acceptance testing, and assist with Coupa release activities and integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Relevant experience supporting procurement technology or Procure-to-Pay platforms with hands-on Coupa Core experience.
- Experience in application support, incident investigation, troubleshooting, configuration, and testing in a global organizational context.
- Preferred but not mandatory: Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday), Coupa certification or training, and tools like ServiceNow.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational support and configuration of Coupa Core within Procure-to-Pay workflows, adept at incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
- Capable of bridging business and technology teams in a global environment, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with enterprise application lifecycle including issue management, testing, and deployment, preferably with experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems.
