About This Role
- Own accurate and efficient claims processing to directly impact member satisfaction and meet quality standards.
- Drive operational excellence by achieving key performance indicators such as Release Rate, Claims per Hour, and Handle Time.
- Provide mentoring and real-time guidance to nesting agents while supporting day-to-day operations and collaborating across internal teams to resolve issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-6 years of operations experience, preferably within claims operations, including support for performance metrics and escalations.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Location requirement: Bangalore, India.
