About This Role
- Design and manage delivery of complex Salesforce solutions including custom development, integrations, and data migration.
- Lead technical design sessions and architect scalable AI-driven Salesforce environments using advanced AI tools and coding standards.
- Manage and motivate technical teams, ensure quality via code reviews, and maintain client engagement including 50-75% travel to client sites.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-15 years CRM experience, with minimum 6 years specifically on Salesforce platform.
- Expert-level understanding of Salesforce product suite and AI capabilities, with active or attainable Salesforce certifications.
- Strong technical skills in API integrations, Salesforce development (Apex/Visualforce, Lightning), architecture patterns, and environment management.
- Work Experience Required: 9-15 years CRM experience with minimum 6 years Salesforce platform experience.
