About This Role
- Lead end-to-end network delivery for data centers, labs, and offices globally, managing build through validation phases.
- Own network architecture standards and security policy enforcement ensuring compliance with InfoSec and local regulations.
- Drive network automation initiatives including CI/CD, orchestration, and AI tool investments while managing capital-funded programs and team capacity planning.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience; advanced degrees are a plus.
- 15+ years experience in building and managing large-scale hybrid networks with 6+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven ability to deliver multi-site network programs on schedule and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of network security principles, security audits, compliance frameworks, and experience with network automation tools and scripting languages.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing distributed engineering teams and vendor relationships across regions and time zones.
- Deep expertise in networking protocols, network security, and automation aligned with enterprise-scale delivery.
- Preferably has experience with GPU/AI networks, large-scale data center or manufacturing site networks, and certifications like CISSP, CCIE, or JNCIE.
