About This Role
- Maintain and troubleshoot application systems operations with root cause analysis and issue resolution/escalation.
- Coach and mentor junior team members; act as subject matter expert for supported applications.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and vendors for technology solutions, upgrades, and managing change lifecycle processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years total experience with at least 5 years in software development/support engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of Java/C#/.Net debugging and scripting (PowerShell/Unix/others).
- Proficient in MS SQL Server, SSIS, Tableau, and ETL processes.
- Mandatory degree: B.E. / B.Tech. / Master's in Computer Science or equivalent; ITIL certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading projects with strong customer focus across cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with SDLC & Agile methodologies and ITIL processes for incident, change, problem, and release management.
- Able to leverage AI tools responsibly for productivity and workflow optimization in technical environments.
