About This Role
- Design, optimize, and own Java-based microservices and cloud-native applications on Azure/AWS.
- Lead system design, technical roadmaps, multi-team initiatives, and ensure system performance and reliability.
- Implement AI-assisted development practices; establish AI usage guidelines, coding standards, and secure development practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of Java Backend Development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices.
- Experience with Kafka, JMS, distributed systems, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in Java Backend Development.

- Experienced in system and architecture design for secure, scalable, cloud-native applications.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor engineers while contributing to technical excellence.
