About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java backend components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new backend features.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, ensuring code quality and optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices development and consumption.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mohali with a 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM shift aligned to JST timezone.
- Strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, and Design Patterns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in backend development within Java technology stack and microservices architecture.
- Capable of working effectively in early morning shift aligned to Japan Standard Time while being on-site in Mohali.
- Able to deliver high-quality, optimized backend solutions collaborating in cross-functional teams.
