About This Role
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 software engineers, including sprint planning, task allocation, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js along with secure, high-performance RESTful APIs.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical decision-making, code reviews, and oversee production troubleshooting and CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–5 years of backend development experience with strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, authentication/authorization, microservices, and database technologies (MySQL, MongoDB, Amazon DynamoDB).
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in machine learning on recommendation systems and predictive analytics using Python and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 4–5 years backend development with at least 1 year machine learning experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable backend systems integrated with machine learning solutions for recommendation engines or customer engagement.
- Proven leadership ability managing small engineering teams with accountability for architecture and delivery in Agile environments.
- Familiarity or experience with campaign management, marketing automation, CRM, loyalty platforms, or e-commerce is preferred to align with business use cases.
