About This Role
- Own backend architecture for scalable multi-tenant, AI-driven systems ensuring correctness, isolation, and affordability.
- Design system boundaries, safety mechanisms, and standards to maintain reliability and performance at scale.
- Lead technical reviews, mentorship, and decision-making on complex design trade-offs including build-vs-buy choices.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years experience in backend and distributed systems with real architecture ownership.
- Proven experience designing scalable, concurrent systems focused on data consistency, isolation, and failure handling.
- Work location: Bengaluru, mandatory work from office.
- Work Experience Required: 4 to 6 years in backend engineering and distributed systems.

- Experienced in architecting multi-tenant, high-stakes, autonomous/AI-driven backend systems with strong focus on system safety and cost control.
