About This Role
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle processes in alignment with regional HR policies for the EU region.
- Handle HR operational processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance within HR Shared Services.
- Support HR operations by resolving employee and manager inquiries, preparing standard HR correspondence, and collaborating with HR business partners and Centers of Excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Shared Services or similar environment, preferably supporting European Union.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree required.
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with HRMS platforms like SAP and/or Oracle Fusion; good IT skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in HR Shared Services with a focus on EU regional HR operations and compliance.
- Capable of managing complex workloads with strong administrative and customer service skills, including front-facing support.
- Flexible availability for multiple shifts and able to contribute to process improvement and ad-hoc HR projects.
