About This Role
- Lead the Workplace engineering pillar within CRM&I to build employee and customer-facing experiences handling millions of interactions.
- Own development of an AI-native engineering organisation using autonomous agent architectures, focusing on specification quality, architectural soundness, and verification rigor.
- Shape and execute the Workplace Service Delivery roadmap in partnership with product management, ensuring reliable AI-native systems and enterprise-grade software quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience designing and shipping scalable enterprise software products, including significant time in technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience building and leading teams delivering production systems using AI-native methods and autonomous agent architectures.
- Strong command of data structures, algorithms, system design, and modern software development practices.
- Experience with AI-native engineering specifics: autonomous agent systems, context engineering, verification harness design, and AI security controls.
