About This Role
- Acquire and secure new clients with permanent IT staffing requirements across India leveraging existing industry network.
- Lead client meetings, negotiate commercial terms, and secure long-term staffing contracts with enterprises, GCCs, and IT services companies.
- Collaborate with recruitment delivery team to ensure client requirements are communicated and recruitment execution is effective.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 8 years of business development experience in IT staffing, recruitment consulting, or a closely related industry.
- Established and active professional network within Indian IT services companies, GCCs, captive centers, and product organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian IT recruitment market including technology hiring trends and needs.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in relevant industry domain.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end business development cycles focused on IT staffing solutions for large enterprise and technology clients.
- Strategic relationship builder comfortable engaging senior stakeholders such as CIOs, CHROs, and hiring managers.
- Autonomous operator with proven ability to work remotely and independently while coordinating with specialized recruitment teams.
