About This Role
- Manage and rectify trade instruction errors in systems like GTM/IIP to ensure correct trade processing into Custody & Accounting platform (MCH).
- Serve as a single point of contact for time-critical client service inquiries spanning multiple functional teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, BBA, MBA Finance, or MCom.
- At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services Industry, with helpful experience in trade capture/settlement, SWIFT messages, and cash/payment processing.
- Experience handling telephonic interactions with brokers or custodians.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
