About This Role
- Maintain financial controls and adopt best practices across the cluster, reporting to Regional Finance Controller APAC.
- Manage receivables, cash flow, vendor relationships, fixed assets, budgeting, forecasting, audits, risk, and tax compliance including transfer pricing and CbCr reporting.
- Lead and develop finance team, create and review financial policies, conduct business analysis, ensure QMS standards adherence and operational excellence in Marine Services.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in finance with at least 4-5 years in managerial capacity.
- Essential qualifications: CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent; ERP experience with macros and pivot tables.
- Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai; Contract type: Permanent.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in finance, with managerial experience explicitly stated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in finance operations with strong people management and effective communication skills.
- Experience in managing comprehensive financial functions including compliance with IFRS, tax planning, audit coordination and risk management.
- Ability to lead finance teams, drive financial policy implementation, and liaise with business development and management for strategic financial guidance.
