About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations including invoice processing, vendor payments, customer invoicing, and collections follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate financial records, timely reconciliations (vendor, customer, bank), and compliance with statutory requirements such as GST and TDS.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, audit readiness, and contribute to improving AP/AR processes and automation opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCOM).
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Accounts Finance with hands-on AP and AR domain expertise.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, GST, TDS, e-invoicing, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software such as SAP or Tally and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing comprehensive AP and AR workflows independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills demonstrated by handling vendor/customer ledger scrutiny and ageing analysis.
- Familiarity with month-end closing, audit support, and improving accounting process efficiency through automation.
