About This Role
- Lead and oversee financial crime and AML compliance engagements ensuring compliance with contracts, quality deliverables, and issue escalation management.
- Manage client relationships through regular stakeholder meetings, performance assessments, and identification of new business opportunities.
- Mentor and coach large engagement teams (up to 200+ analysts) and coordinate internal strategic initiatives to support practice growth and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 18-22+ years of AML / Financial Crime experience with knowledge of transaction monitoring, AML policies, KYC, EDD, independent testing, and compliance transformation.
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring large teams (up to 200+ analysts).
- Work Experience Required: 18-22+ years in AML / Financial Crime domain.
