About This Role
- Lead design and architecture of scalable backend microservices and frontend interfaces using Java 11 and React 15.4.
- Provide technical leadership including hands-on coding, code reviews, and mentorship of developer teams.
- Drive CI/CD pipeline automation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Expertise in Java 11 including Garbage Collection, Streams, and Concurrency.
- Proficiency in React 15.4 with legacy lifecycle methods and Redux/Flux architectures.
- Experience with Dropwizard 1.3.x, Jetty 11, PostgreSQL, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading technical strategy and agile teams in complex cloud-native environments.
- Strong background bridging legacy frontend (React 15.4) and backend systems with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices including Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform is a plus.
