About This Role
- Own end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, Absence Management, and HR Help Desk modules.
- Lead multi-country / multi-business unit Oracle Fusion HCM deployments ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and secure configurations.
- Manage production issue resolution, system enhancements, and stakeholder communications during and post implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically with Core HR, Absence Management, and HR Help Desk.
- Hands-on expertise with HDL/HSDL data migration tools and approval workflow configurations.
- Experience supporting multi-country and multi-business unit Oracle HCM implementations.
- Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Chennai; Immediate availability required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to translate HR business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM configurations across diverse regional contexts.
- Experienced in handling complex absence management and compliance needs for multiple countries including UAE, KSA, Egypt, Jordan.
- Comfortable leading end-to-end delivery including requirement gathering, design workshops, UAT support, and cross-team coordination.
