About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Purview implementations, including compliance architecture design and stakeholder workshops across Legal, Compliance, HR, InfoSec, and IT.
- Own Insider Risk and eDiscovery operating models, workflows, escalation paths, and integrate Purview controls with related Microsoft security tools.
- Define KPIs, compliance maturity models, value realization metrics, mentor junior consultants, and review technical designs for scalable compliance frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in M365 Security & Compliance with extensive Microsoft Purview leadership.
- Mandatory SC-400 certification for Microsoft Purview solutions.
- Bachelor of Technology degree required; any graduate/postgraduate education accepted, but B.Tech specified.
- Hands-on expertise in Purview Information Protection, Auto-labeling, Endpoint DLP, Adaptive Protection, Insider Risk, eDiscovery Premium, compliance readiness, and PowerShell automation in large multi-geo M365 environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in consulting or GSI delivery environments with capability to communicate and present solutions at executive levels.
- Proven track record in reducing data leakage, managing audits successfully, and driving business adoption of compliance labels and DLP with minimal user friction.
- Strong strategic thinker able to architect scalable, future-proof compliance solutions aligned with global regulatory requirements such as GDPR, DPDPA, HIPAA, SOX, and PCI-DSS.
