About This Role
- Produce and interpret portfolio performance attribution, contribution, benchmark, and analytics across multiple asset classes and regions.
- Validate and consolidate portfolio, benchmark, classification, and analytical data; investigate and resolve data and reporting exceptions.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reports for investment teams, senior management, clients, and regulatory filings, communicating findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in investment management, portfolio analytics, performance measurement, or related field.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to manage large, complex data sets.
- Workplace model requires working at designated office at least four days a week (hybrid work).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in analyzing portfolio performance including return attribution and benchmark comparisons to provide actionable insights to investment teams.
- Familiarity with investment analytics/attribution tools such as FactSet, Aladdin, Bloomberg preferred.
- Able to manage competing priorities in a global environment, with strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.
