About This Role
- Manage and ensure continuous operation and upkeep of cloud infrastructure and platforms, primarily in Azure environment.
- Support and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues, including incident management and root cause analysis.
- Build, mentor, and guide team members within the Platform Operations team across multiple geographies, supporting flexible hours aligned with business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in Windows administration and IT industry.
- Essential strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud technologies and platforms.
- Proven experience in cloud infrastructure support, automation, and incident management.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4-5 years in Windows administration and cloud environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior engineer with demonstrated leadership in building and mentoring teams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex cloud Azure environments.
- Familiar with cloud governance, automation scripting, Agile and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
