About This Role
- Manage finance activities for assigned regional markets, including preparation of monthly management accounts, statutory accounts, and regulatory filings.
- Oversee local tax compliance (corporate tax, VAT/GST, payroll tax) and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and statutory authorities.
- Leverage Workday Financials AI, Power BI AI, and generative AI tools for financial processing, performance reporting, and enhancing financial analysis and compliance documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of regional finance or accounting experience including local statutory compliance in at least one jurisdiction.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACA/ACCA/CIMA certification preferred.
- Experience with financial reporting in Workday Financials or equivalent ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of local tax compliance, statutory reporting, and audit management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leveraging AI tools for automated financial reconciliation, multi-entity consolidation, and intelligent compliance monitoring.
- Skilled in using Power BI AI for creating financial performance dashboards and KPI reporting to leadership.
- Able to collaborate with business leaders providing financial analysis, budget support, and commercial financial guidance for regional operations.
