About This Role
- Ensure accurate and timely production of daily T+1 Profit & Loss (P&L) statements including attribution, analysis, and commentary to traders and senior finance managers.
- Manage break investigations and resolutions promptly, including ledger and cash reconciliations, and balance sheet substantiation per MRP policy.
- Perform month-end close activities such as SAP journals, reconciliations, MIS reporting, quality assurance functions, and review of Standard Operating Procedures for effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- CA qualified or MBA in Finance with 5-7 years experience in core finance and accounting functions.
- Strong understanding of financial market products including Bonds, OTC, Loans, and Listed Derivatives.
- Experience with financial data systems and demonstrated ability to leverage AI/Automation tools responsibly.
- Location: Mumbai, India; Individual contributor role reporting to AVP/VP Business Finance Lead.
