About This Role
- Own Quality Assurance review for Managed exit KYC and Offboarding lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory audit readiness.
- Lead process governance including team workload allocation, training delivery, BAU report preparation, and escalation management.
- Drive risk management and process improvement initiatives, leveraging automation and AI tools to optimize workflows and control effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
- Minimum 8+ years work experience in Client Managed exit KYC and Offboarding or related processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to support flexible working hours and different time zones on rotational basis.

- Subject Matter Expert in Managed exit KYC and Offboarding with strong process control and audit readiness focus.
- Experience managing multiple business lines/departments with appropriate controls and team coordination responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and solve business problems within a regulated environment.
