About This Role
- Manage and oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions including vendor and customer payment processes.
- Responsible for cash flow management, weekly forecasting, intercompany reconciliations, and support for audit and tax processes.
- Prepare financial reports, assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, and maintain compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- At least 1+ years of financial experience, preferably in multinational corporations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (preferably NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in finance/accounting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented with strong understanding of accounting principles and practices relevant to AP, AR, cash flow, and reconciliations.
- Experience in cash flow management, forecasting, and supporting audits and tax processes is advantageous.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with a readiness to engage with AI and new technology tools related to finance.
