About This Role
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment including sourcing candidates and handling W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients including system integrators and implementation partners.
- Maintain ATS, recruitment reports, and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: End-to-end US IT recruitment with W2, C2C, 1099 hiring exposure.
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Good understanding of US tax terms, visa types, and hiring models.
- Notice Period: Immediate to short notice joiners preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced recruiter familiar with US IT market client interactions and candidate communication.
- Capable of managing multiple hiring demands and coordinating with various stakeholders efficiently.
- Background or exposure to niche technologies like Cloud, Data, ERP, Workday, SAP is preferred.
