About This Role
- Act as primary HR Business Partner for Technology teams across APAC, providing trusted advice to senior leaders and supporting India as needed.
- Translate business priorities into people plans using data to drive performance, engagement, development, and retention across local and global initiatives.
- Lead employee lifecycle activities including compensation, talent reviews, employee relations matters, and collaborate with legal for complex cases while ensuring HR delivery and process execution.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years HR experience with at least 8 years in senior HR Business Partner roles.
- Experience supporting large Technology organizations and senior leaders in global, matrixed environments.
- Strong, practical knowledge of Indian employment law; familiarity with Hong Kong and Singapore employment practices.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years HR, including 8+ years senior HR Business Partner experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fast-paced, high-accountability environments, preferably financial services or multinational tech firms.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across geographies and independently manage complex, sensitive employee relations and legal risks.
