About This Role
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for enterprise HR and Payroll solutions across cloud platforms and custom applications, ensuring production readiness.
- Lead defect management, backend database validation (Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL), integration testing, and automation efforts using tools like Jira and Selenium.
- Coordinate testing activities across multiple concurrent projects in HR, Payroll, and Benefits domains, maintaining delivery timelines and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years in quality assurance with relevant experience; bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM field required.
- Strong domain expertise in HR and Payroll business processes and experience testing cloud-based HR and Payroll platforms or custom applications.
- Proficiency with Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL, Jira, Quality Center, Selenium, and backend/integration testing tools.
- Willingness to work hybrid in Bengaluru with onsite presence as determined; occasional travel may be required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end QA for enterprise HR and Payroll platforms with strong backend database and integration testing skills.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality testing artifacts on schedule.
- Technical expertise in test automation and QA process improvement within complex, cross-functional global teams.
