About This Role
- Plan and execute functional and integration testing for multiple Workday HR solution projects, ensuring quality and production readiness.
- Manage defect tracking and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues using tools like Jira.
- Develop and expand test automation using Kainos Workday testing tools, improving testing efficiency across concurrent workstreams.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of quality assurance experience; bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or related field.
- Hands-on experience testing Workday functional areas including HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Time-Off, Learning, and Security.
- Experience with Workday release testing and defect management tools such as Jira, Quality Center, Kainos, and Selenium.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Bengaluru; willingness to travel occasionally.

- Experienced in managing multiple concurrent workstreams and delivering high-quality QA documentation on schedule.
- Strong practical knowledge of Workday HR systems and integration testing in a global enterprise context.
