About This Role
- Lead design, architecture, and implementation strategy of scalable, secure, and cost-efficient enterprise platform solutions.
- Mentor and guide developers across teams to promote engineering best practices and productivity enhancement.
- Drive cloud adoption, platform automation, observability, infrastructure as code, and optimize platform for performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud-native solutions using AWS and modern frameworks.
- Strong skills in Python programming (FastAPI, Django), microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes EKS), CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- AWS Certification preferred but not mandatory.

- Hands-on technical leader with strong background in platform engineering, cloud-native enterprise application development, and system architecture.
- Expertise in Python and modern development frameworks with proven ability to balance scalability, security, performance, maintainability, and cost.
- Strong mentorship capabilities with focus on engineering excellence and ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
