About This Role
- Design and implement data science tools and methods to drive market-leading customer solutions.
- Collaborate with data community and business stakeholders to identify analytics opportunities supporting bank's strategy.
- Develop, deploy, and scale ethically sound machine learning models and data products in an Agile team environment.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in data science and related skillsets.
- Strong academic background in STEM disciplines (Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science).
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn), agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, LangFuse, MCP), and cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, IBM Watson).
- Role based in Bangalore, India; all workdays must be conducted in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in agentic AI and Large Language Models with deep knowledge of LLM operations and transformer architectures.
- Skilled in applying software engineering and product development practices to data science solutions, enabling scalable deployments.
- Familiar with retail banking domain and distributed systems, with a strong ability to translate business needs into data-driven insights.
