About This Role
- Own end-to-end full stack product development including technical design, implementation, and delivering reliable software across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and workflows.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams to solve meaningful customer problems and improve an established, widely used open-source digital analytics product.
- Apply and maintain AI tools and workflows throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring privacy, security, performance, and backwards compatibility are prioritized.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience delivering full-stack software with ability to handle complex problems and architectural decisions.
- Work remotely from India is required.
- Strong product judgment with customer-focused mindset and demonstrated ownership of projects from ambiguous requirements to outcome delivery.
- Practical experience applying AI tools throughout software development lifecycle, including testing and validation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with mature codebases and established systems, improving functionality without disruptive rewrites.
- Comfortable balancing speed of delivery with high standards for quality, privacy, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Able to collaborate across globally distributed, asynchronous teams and communicate technical concepts clearly in English.
