About This Role
- Lead quality strategy and define test requirements using deep domain knowledge of PDM processes.
- Plan and classify regression testing scope focusing on release risks and business criticality, and guide testing teams.
- Translate business workflows into actionable test scenarios and advocate for end-user quality needs throughout the development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Product Data Management (PDM) within specified domains.
- Deep understanding of PDM workflows, business rules, common issues, and critical scenarios essential.
- Analytical mindset and strong collaboration skills required.
- German language skills are an essential advantage; QA certifications or automation skills are not mandatory and will be trained.

- Experienced in multiple PDM domains with comprehensive process knowledge to lead quality efforts effectively.
- Comfortable working in agile environments with exposure to quality validation activities.
- Capable of bridging domain expertise and technical teams to ensure comprehensive quality coverage aligned with user behavior and business criticality.
