About This Role
- Own and set multi-year global sourcing strategy across multiple categories aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Lead and develop a sourcing team, ensuring delivery of sourcing plans, pipeline, and KPIs such as savings and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement, digital/AI adoption, risk mitigation, and collaboration with category managers and finance for sourcing excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of procurement experience with at least 4 years in senior leadership, preferably in pharma, biotech, or FMCG.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Strong expertise in sourcing execution, contract lifecycle management, supplier management, and Source-to-Contract processes.
- Proficiency with SAP Ariba or equivalent eSourcing/P2P platforms and Wave Pipeline management.
