About This Role
- Lead the Global Audit Confirmations business and State Agency Data Match program ensuring operational excellence, risk management, and business resiliency.
- Drive continuous improvement, strategic evolution through automation and AI, and modernization of platforms in partnership with Product and Technology teams.
- Build and develop an inclusive global leadership team enabling succession planning and colleague mobility.
Minimum Requirements
- 15 years of management and leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in controlled financial services operations with risk, compliance, and data privacy expertise.
- Work Experience Required: 15 years in management and leadership roles; Preferred: 10 years in financial services operations.
