About This Role
- Manage cargo operations and customer service for both import and export cargo at the Hyderabad station.
- Coordinate with Local Ground Handling Agents, Head Office Cargo Department, and customers to ensure smooth cargo handling and meet revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory procedures while maximizing flight capacity utilization and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cargo operations, acceptance, office administration, warehouse, or ramp procedures for export and import.
- Relevant vocational, tertiary, or trade qualification.
- Proficient command of English language.
- Legal rights to live and work in India.

- Experienced in coordinating between local ground handling agents, HQ, and customers to enhance cargo service and operational performance.
- Capable of supporting operational planning and exceeding cargo revenue targets.
