About This Role
- Own and ensure >98% inventory accuracy across all warehouses and sales channels, managing stock reconciliation, audits, and system synchronization.
- Manage end-to-end inventory operations including inbound receiving, stock movement tracking, ERP updates, and warehouse bin mapping.
- Lead inventory analysis, loss prevention, and reporting to improve stock visibility, minimize shrinkage, and coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain operations.
- Strong experience with ERP/WMS platforms like Unicommerce, Ginesys, or similar inventory systems.
- Proficiency in inventory audit processes including reconciliation, cycle counting, and variance analysis.
- Work Environment: 6 days a week; Location: Talegaon Warehouse
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing inventory in fast-paced and multi-warehouse environments with perishable and diverse SKUs.
- Demonstrated success maintaining high inventory accuracy (>98%) and handling ERP-based stock synchronization.
- Comfortable working hands-on with inventory data analytics and cross-functional coordination among procurement, logistics, finance, and operations.
