About This Role
- Accountable for achieving agreed SLAs for the accounting operations team, including process ownership around month-end and quarter-end People Cost processes.
- Coordinate with controllers and other finance teams to clear open items and ensure compliance with global deadlines for accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Drive process improvements by identifying automation opportunities and maintain ISO-compliant documentation; handle audit requirements effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- Commerce Graduate mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in accounting operations.
- Experience working with Oracle/ERP systems required.
- Flexible to work in shifts as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong ability to manage high-volume, multi-format financial data under tight deadlines with accuracy.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional finance teams globally, indicating good operational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (macros knowledge preferred) and possesses solid accounting knowledge to handle month-end closings and audits.
