About This Role
- Lead operational teams to support Fund Services product delivery in EMEA and execute a risk-based oversight model.
- Develop and implement operational metrics, management reporting, and drive strategic priorities through change initiatives.
- Represent Operations in interactions with regulators, clients, and prospects, ensuring service delivery meets client agreements.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Fund Services or Fund Accounting.
- Demonstrated expertise in client-facing operational leadership roles with organizational leadership and governance skills.
- Proven experience leading data and digital transformation programs including AI initiatives.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years in Fund Services/Fund Accounting.
