About This Role
- Handle and process large volumes of premium and claims data from clients in company systems with strict adherence to SOPs.
- Develop and automate tools for data quality monitoring, reporting, control checks, and system configuration for new products and clients.
- Lead audit engagements for administrative processes, manage IT and business analyst interactions for system enhancements, and produce automated reports for various stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in commerce (accounting), mathematics, engineering, or Chartered Accountant (IPCC level).
- Minimum 6 years post-qualification work experience for postgraduates (8 years for graduates) in financial services; life insurance/reinsurance preferred.
- At least 2 years supervisory experience handling financial reporting, reconciliation, and operations/back office/finance functions.
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills; advanced Excel skills including Macros; exposure to insurance and reinsurance administration operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in reinsurance or life insurance administration with operational and financial reporting background.
- Proficient in using technological tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau for process improvement and reporting automation.
- Capable of managing cross-functional teams, audits, and vendor operations with project management expertise in a data-driven environment.
