About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain automated end-to-end tests for complex web applications using Playwright framework.
- Identify test scenarios, write and execute integration test cases, including testing REST API integrations and asynchronous data flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team under Agile methodologies to ensure project progress, quality delivery, and resolve issues, involving up to 10% travel.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in web application testing with automated test design and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Playwright and proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for test scripting.
- Experience testing backend APIs, asynchronous processes, and integrating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bengaluru, India, and travel up to 10%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in testing modern microfrontend web applications and comfortable working with complex integration and backend testing scenarios.
- Familiar with cloud-based dedicated testing environments, particularly AWS acceptance and QA sandboxes.
- Capable of influencing test strategy and early project decisions within a collaborative Agile team setting under seasoned leadership.
