About This Role
- Lead strategy and implementation of analytics solutions to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction in Citi Personal Banking Operations, including Customer Service, Credit Operations, and Collections.
- Analyze complex operational data to identify trends and patterns that inform business planning, process improvements, and strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and mentor juniors, serving as subject matter expert and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience with a Master's degree or 6+ years with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant domain.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end analytics solutions, including data extraction, analysis, and presentation.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, PySpark, SAS, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with automation, coding, and Gen AI solutions for operational process improvement, including document summarization and performance management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial services operations with knowledge of banking domain, products, and regulations such as KYC and AML.
- Strong analytical background with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations and solve operational challenges.
- Comfortable working in a global matrix environment collaborating with onshore and offshore teams, and mentoring junior analysts.
